NUMBERS WILL BE GIVEN OUT SATURDAY STARTING AT 830AM AND NUMBERS WILL BE CALLED STARTING AT 9AM.

ENTRANCE WILL BE AT SIDE DOOR

We look forward to seeing you at this sale. We will accept cash and cards. Due to the nature of the sale, all sales are final and no returns will accepted or refunds issued.

Depending on the workers available at the time of the sale we may not be able to help load heavy items into your vehicle. It is recommended that you bring your own help and loading materials.

All items are priced to sell! Many items will not make it past Thursday.

Thursday hours are 12:00 noon - 6:00 p.m.
Friday hours are 12:00 noon - 6:00 p.m. and remaining items will be 25% off.
Saturday hours are 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and remaining items will be 50% off.

A few items will not be available for pickup until house is under contract (expected time frame is mid July). These items will be marked accordingly in photo description and at sale.
