You are ONLY allowed at the house during Sales Hours , so please do not show up at the house prior to sale days. It is trespassing and you could be arrested if you do.
Because Estatesales.net only allows me to post four (4) sale days in a row, we can only post the first two days, Tuesday and Friday and then have to delete the post on Tuesday to post the Saturday sale. So note that we post all the days of the sales in the message.

All sales are final, as is, where it is. NO REFUNDS
You must bring your own help to move items you purchase
** Our loading policy: if WE have to help you load an item that is clearly marked "You Load" we will charge you a $20 courtesy fee going to the person helping you load the item. ***
You must call or text Sarah at (256) 682-350zero to hold any item for the next open business day. You can only hold an item with a description and item number in the picture. We no longer hold little items and you must be present at the sale to get those items.

Saturday 8 am - 11 am 50% discount

We will reserve items with a written description in the picture and the price with the picture. We are no longer reserving small items and do not have a master price list for them. To reserve a tagged item you must call or text Sarah at (256) 682-350zero to ask questions, make offers or reserve a large tagged item that is in a picture with a description and price. Please click on the photos to get prices and item numbers of the items before calling. Thank you and remember only calls or texts to Sarah at (256) 682-350zero with item numbers and descriptions. This Huntsville home has a wonderful mix of antiques and ultra modern items such as lighting, dining chairs, etc. Maytag washer and dryer, beautiful antiques include a gorgeous buffet for $750 and even high end audio equipment, and a 2005 Acura.  Lots of little treasures too!  Please be careful as this house has a steep driveway and steps.
