You are ONLY allowed at the house during Sales Hours , so please do not show up at the house prior to sale days. It is trespassing and you could be arrested if you do.
Because Estatesales.net only allows me to post four (4) sale days in a row, we can only post the first two days, Tuesday and Friday and then have to delete the post on Tuesday to post the Saturday sale. So note that we post all the days of the sales in the message.

** Our loading policy: if WE have to help you load an item that is clearly marked "You Load" we will charge you a $20 courtesy (fee going to the person helping you load the item). ***
You must call or text Rox at 256-682-9044 to hold any item for the next open business day. You can only hold an item with a description and item number in the picture. We no longer hold little items and you must be present at the sale to get those items.

We will reserve items with a written description in the picture and the price with the picture. We are no longer reserving small items and do not have a master price list for them. To reserve a tagged item you must call or text Rox 256-682-9044 to ask questions, make offers or reserve a large tagged item that is in a picture with a description and price. This wonderful one story home is located in SW Huntsville just south of Drake Ave. This sale is sure to have something for everyone of all ages! The home is filled with unique furniture pieces such as cabinets of all sizes, book shelves, end tables, mirrors, leather reclining sofa, love seat, and rocker/recliner. We have entertainment centers, desks and beds. There are several high-end musical instruments and electronics to choose from. Looking for Christmas gifts? We have a room full of Legos, Bionicles, Star Wars, trucks, cars, dollhouses and more! There is a large collection of gas powered planes for the hobbyist, along with a huge train collection. This estate has several new Scooter/bikes to choose from for the college student or to zip around town. We are also excited to be selling a 1967 Triumph Spitfire which has it's original motor along with the one installed that is a 1966 racing motor, along all the extra parts for it. There is a huge garage and 2 sheds outback filled with tools, yard tools, trailers, and more radio control planes. Too many things to mention. Don't miss this sale! 1967 Triumph car with 1966 racing motor mounted but will come with the orginal 1967 motor, along with lots of extra parts. It has excellent top no tears, no rust on the floors, is not running right now. It has all of it's parts. Needs a new home with someone who wants to fix it back up.
