You are ONLY allowed at the house during Sales Hours , so please do not show up at the house prior to sale days. It is trespassing and you could be arrested if you do.
Because Estatesales.net only allows me to post four (4) sale days in a row, we can only post the first two days, Tuesday and then have to delete the post on Tuesday to post the Saturday sale. So note that we post all the days of the sales in the message.
Cash or Check only and Credit Card with a 5% fee.
All sales are final, as is, where it is. NO REFUNDS
You must bring your own help to move items you purchase
** Our loading policy: if WE have to help you load an item that is clearly marked "You Load" we will charge you a $20 courtesy (fee going to the person helping you load the item). ***
You must call or text 256-529-899seven. We no longer hold little items and you must be present at the sale to get those items. We do not return calls about small non tagged items.

We will reserve items with an item number, description, and price with the picture. We are no longer reserving small items and do not have a master price list for them. To reserve a tagged item you must call or text to ask questions (Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm please, our people sleep too).

This is a 2 day sale starting Friday March 15th from 10am- 1pm and Saturday March 16th 8am – 11am.

We will only reserve items with an item number, description, and price with the picture. Held items will require credit card pre-payment. Please call 256 529-8997 regarding this sale. 

This is a beautiful two story home located in the Jones Valley area.  This sale offers something for everyone!  Herendon, Ethan Allen, and mid century pieces.  Beautiful antiques including silver chest, secretary, round flip top table, desk and side chairs. We offer dining room and living room furniture and a stunning grand father clock. We have several pieces of vintage wicker, side tables, and upholstered items. For those looking for Waterford we have a huge collection of glasses and serving pieces.
