We do not price over the Phone, Email, or Facebook. You must attend the sale.
Entry numbers are available approximately 1 hour before the opening of the sale. We only admit a certain number of people in the house at one time.
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. (Sales must be $20 and over to use a Credit/Debit Card).
Sales tax is charged unless you can present us with a copy of a current Tax Exemption Form provided by your State.
All Sales Final. Please ask for help on large items - please don't pull the tag yourself - we will mark the item as sold.
We cannot always help you load large items, please be aware of this and bring appropriate help. Tips for loading large items are encouraged and appreciated.

This large well appointed and spotless home will be offering the best of the best in its multi-generation contents. The owners are downsizing to smaller quarters and will be leaving many antiques and collectibles such as secretary bookcase desk, beds, server, dining room chairs, fine lamps, fine art oil paintings and much, much more. We will be posting more photos soon! You don't want to miss this exciting and rare sale event!
Please be aware that some items pictured may be retained by the family. We will endeavor to delete those photos from this site. Please study the photos! Remember, more to come as we move toward the exciting sale date. We wish we could price items over the phone and by email, but we cannot, so please, don't ask!
