We are holding this sale at this time, because we have been entrusted by an individual or family (by contract) to: 1) sell the merchandise listed here 2) in a limited time period and 3) clear the home of all contents following the sale.
Because we are a very small company with a very small staff are are not equipped with storage warehouses or auction services or movers and trucks to accommodate unsold items, and because it is our business, we attempt to fulfill our obligation to the client and sell as many items as possible by the deadline he or she has imposed.
Therefore, we do engage in early sales of higher-value items to ANYONE who calls or texts us on the phone (256-601-7968) to express interest and makes arrangements for purchase. When possible, preview dates are provided. We reserve the right to determine which items are "higher value."
We make every attempt to update the photos in our ads to reflect such sales for the benefit of other customers. However, as humans do, we sometimes make mistakes. If you are attending the sale only to purchase a particular item(s), we strongly encourage you to call, text, or email to confirm item availability at any time before sale opening.
