We ask that YOU only come to the house during sales hours unless arrangements have been made by a Loose Ends team member. This is Trespassing you can be arrested. The family does not need to be harassed by early bird customers.
This is a wonderful basement ranch-style house that is full throughout the basement with tools, play props and furniture, unusual items, art and so much more. You will shop the basement from the side door and pay in there. Then you can go up stairs through the garage to shop the garage with tools, truck shell, gardening tools to the laundry with sewing patterns, fabric, some furniture. Then to the kitchen for your kitchen appliances, pots and pans, dishes, and furniture. The check out is in the Den area where there are lots of books, art work, furniture, jewelry, and so much more. We have 3 bedrooms up stairs full of furniture, collectible plates, art items, household items. You just need to come spend the day to see it all. There are so many unusual items in this house that the family built around 30 years ago. It is a real must see.
Policy
We start reserving the items that are photographed with a tag and a description under it, as soon as they are posted on Face book and EstateSales.net. At either site click on the picture and you will see the prices of the larger items. Then you can call or text and reserve only for the next open sale day to come out and purchase. You will need to bring help to move the larger items. We will charge you a Courtesy fee of $20 (with money going to the loader) for having to move a item that is clearly marked YOU LOAD. You must call the number posted for each sale to get the item. We do not accept “I want this “on Facebook. You must talk to someone to make arrangements for payment and pick up. If you reserve an item we consider it yours.
YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN BOXES AND HELP TO MOVE YOUR ITEMS.

* Feel free to make an offer anytime during the week. If the item has not sold at full price, the highest offer will be accepted for the item on Friday Morning if your offer is above 25% off or at 12:00 noon if your offer is above 50% off. We will look at offers on Friday for 2 or 3 day sales.
Manna House
We are still collecting small soaps and shampoos for Manna House. You can also feed our Manna House Jar at the checkout at each sale. We use this money for whatever is needed each week at Manna house from food, diapers, peanut butter ETC.
