You are ONLY allowed at the house during Sales Hours , so please do not show up at the house prior to sale days. It is trespassing and you could be arrested if you do.
Because Estatesales.net only allows me to post four (4) sale days in a row, we can only post the first two days of the sale, Tuesday and Friday, then we have to delete the post on Tuesday to post the Saturday sale. So note that we post all the days of the sales in the message.
Cash or Check preferred and Credit Cards accepted with a minimum $25 purchase plus 5% processing fee.
All sales are final, as is, where it is. NO REFUNDS
You must bring your own help to move items you purchase
** Our loading policy: if WE have to help you load an item that is clearly marked "You Load" we will charge you a $20 courtesy (fee going to the person helping you load the item). ***

It is not the Buckingham Palace, but it is a cute house on Buckingham Drive here in English Village, Southwest Huntsville.

This house is smoke free, well maintained and with 2 levels and 2000 square feet living area it offers you a wide variety of good brand-named furniture, paintings, crystal and china and so much more. The garage is filled with tools of all kinds and everything a house accumulates over the years.

We have ETHAN ALLEN dining room furniture, TV entertainment furniture, storage chests, buffets, dressers, chest of drawers and the list goes on. BROYHILL love seat and LAZY BOY recliner, ETHAN ALLEN sofa and love seat, a wide choice of chairs of all kind. A beautiful 15 feet long braided rug, hand knotted rugs and runners and a beautiful ETHAN ALLEN 12’ x 8’ rug for a great price. We offer a NORMAN  ROCKWELL print on canvas, BUCKWELL MOSS lithographs and others for sale. We have a beautiful WESTINGHOUSE sewing cabinet, designer coats from DKNA, LINEA, DENNIS BASO and Gill, as well as a mink coat and a shawl from HESS.  We have a whole 8 piece set of KING CROWN ruby red glasses, china from brand names like MIKASA, JOHNSON BROTHERS, CHURCHILL made in England and a complete set of ONEIDA flatware. Too much to list everything.

The garage offers extension ladders, work benches, cabinets, a refrigerator/freezer combination, as well as tools of all kind. A charcoal grill from MECO and outdoor seating and tables complete the list.
