LOCATION

This is a lovely garden home at the edge of the Aldridge Creek Greenway off of Bailey Cove Road in the Somerset Lake Subdivision. This couple enjoyed and acquired many exquisite things through their married life living abroad for many years and extensive travel.  Mrs. Nickel was a woman of grace and style –and it shows in their home and the care of their prized treasures.  Everything is in pristine condition. Clocks are a passion for Mr. Nickel, and he has several to share!

Numbers will be given out one hour before the sale.  

This house is on a cul-de-sac and there will be cones out to clear the way for folks pulling in and out of the driveway for pick up or drop off only.  There is parking in the circle and on the street.  It’s a very flat area with sidewalks. You all are always so kind to be mindful of others’ driveways and mailboxes. Note the special days for this sale only!!
