To purchase items for this sale - TEXT or call (256) 529-8997to reserve items that are tagged with a item number and price on the photo. The tagged/listed items will be purchased by credit card in advance of the sale. You MUST TEXT or call the number listed (256)529-8997 To reserve an item before opening day.
All sales are FINAL, as is, where it is. NO REFUNDS
You must bring your own help to move furniture, (we currently have very few staff who are able to assist you with moving furniture due to a reduced workforce during these unusual times), large or heavy items that you have purchased. WE WILL NOT REFUND PURCHASES IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO FIND HELP.
Any large pieces of furniture you may make arrangements to get out prior to opening day after you pay by letting our staff know. We will make arrangements to meet you, but you must bring your own help to load and the right tools to be able to move your items. Our staff due to liability will not be assisting you in loading larger items.
We will charge a 5% credit card fee at the sale only.
All items that are left at the house and not picked up during the Estate sale time will be donated to charity.
All sales are final as is where is. NO REFUNDS.

This is a 2nd time around for Miss Ina Jenkins' (the Home Ec teacher at Huntsville High School)  We have emptied out 3 storage units, to fill the house again. Text or call today 256-529-8997 to reserve items that have a item number and price tagged on the photo. 

The garage is once again stacked up with furniture from Lea, Inwood office supplies, white furniture, Drexel furniture and more. We have more household items, Christmas items, office items, even a range, dishwasher and small frig.  This house has soo much Jewelry we have it spread in 2 different rooms. I cannot write down everything in this house, so you will just have to come dig again through the house.

So, it may look like the same house, but it does have different item added to the sale. We will Discount anything in the kitchen and dining room 25% on the 1st day since there is soo much kitchen items and china. We do have lots of cookbooks added to the sale. YOu will find them in every room including the garage
