Please call 256-683-0956 to purchase an item that has an item number, a written description and a price with the picture. All other items must be purchased during the open house sale. 
A 4%  credit card service fee will be added.  
All calls and texts will be returned in the order they are received. Please do not leave multiple messages, as it slows us down.  
We accept cash, local checks, debit/credit cards plus a 4% service fee. 
All sales are final. "As Is". No Returns. No Refunds. No holds without payment.
Bring help to load your items. We cannot help with moving or loading items.
Bring boxes and wrap for your breakable items.
We are not responsible for accidents.
Do not block neighbor’s driveways, mailboxes, trash cans or park on their grass. 
Any items purchased but not picked up by the end of the sale will be donated. No refunds will be issued.

This beautiful home is filled with a wide variety of items sure to interest everyone! Featured furnishings include a gently used leather sectional with recliner, a leather chair, and quality oak furniture, including a dining room table with chairs.

You’ll also find an excellent selection of women’s clothing, shoes, and purses, with many items new with tags. Appliances include a mini fridge, mini freezer, and a garage refrigerator—perfect for extra storage or workspace needs.

The garage offers a Craftsman tool chest and assorted tools, while inside you’ll discover vintage stereo equipment and lots of kitchenware to outfit any home.
