You are ONLY allowed at the house during Sales Hours , so please do not show up at the house prior to sale days. It is trespassing and you could be arrested if you do.
Because Estatesales.net only allows me to post four (4) sale days in a row, we can only post the first two days, Tuesday and then have to delete the post on Tuesday to post the Saturday sale. So note that we post all the days of the sales in the message.
Cash or Check only and Credit Card with a 5% fee.
All sales are final, as is, where it is. NO REFUNDS
You must bring your own help to move items you purchase
** Our loading policy: if WE have to help you load an item that is clearly marked "You Load" we will charge you a $20 courtesy (fee going to the person helping you load the item). ***
You must call or text (256)658-271eight. We no longer hold little items and you must be present at the sale to get those items. We do not return calls about small non tagged items.
The sale with run:

We will reserve items with a written description in the picture and the price with the picture. We are no longer reserving small items and do not have a master price list for them. To reserve a tagged item you must call or text to ask questions.
Remember only calls or text to (256)658-271eight . All calls and texts will be returned in the order they are received beginning on Monday. Please do not make multiple calls or text , this just slows down the process. Thank you for following and shopping our sales.
**Please do not bring fire arms to our sales. You will be asked to leave and the police will be call if we see one on you. Thanks you for being polite, patient, and for shopping us. We try to help every customer to have a pleasant experience at our sales. **
This is the 1st part of this estate sale. We are selling only the Holiday decor and shelves in part of the house. The 2nd part of the sale will be in January when the family is ready for us to sell it. Please be patient as we will only be able to sell these items right now. We do have lots of different holiday items that must go at a great price. We have Christmas some never used, halloween, thanksgiving, valentines day and so much more. We have towels, dishes, some household items, decor, lights, and just too much to write it all down.
Please park at St. Marks Baptist church and walk around to the back of the house to the sale.
