You are ONLY allowed at the house during Sales Hours , so please do not show up at the house prior to sale days. It is trespassing and you could be arrested if you do.
Because Estatesales.net only allows me to post four (4) sale days in a row, we can only post the first two days, Tuesday and then have to delete the post on Tuesday to post the Saturday sale. So note that we post all the days of the sales in the message.
Cash or Check only and Credit Card with a minimum $25 purchase plus 5% fee.
All sales are final, as is, where it is. NO REFUNDS
You must bring your own help to move items you purchase
** Our loading policy: if WE have to help you load an item that is clearly marked "You Load" we will charge you a $20 courtesy (fee going to the person helping you load the item). ***
Please call or text 256-603-4198 to reserve an item that has a description and item number with the picture. We no longer hold little items and you must be present at the sale to get those items. We do not return calls about small non tagged items.

We will reserve items with an item number, description, and price with the picture. We are no longer reserving small items and do not have a master price list for them. To reserve a tagged item you must call or text 256-603-4198 to ask questions (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm please, our people sleep too).
Remember only calls or text to 256-603-4198 . All calls and texts will be returned in the order they are received beginning on Monday and continuing throughout the week. Please do not make multiple calls or text , this slows down the process. Thank you for following and shopping our sales.

This is truly one of the most unique and interesting sales we have had in quite a while!  Nestled among many acres of land is a very charming cottage type home.  The antiques hanging on the walls and the handmade benches on the porches add to the wonderful feel of this unique home. Here you will find a Norwalk hide-a-bed sofa, comfy red chair and ottoman, antique rockers of all shapes and sizes, side chairs and barstools.   We have a king mattress set, floor lamps and trunks. The house is full of antiques including a handmade wagon, handmade tools, oxen yoke, quilts, wooden shoe making molds and so much more.  Outside furniture include a wrought iron glider, wrought iron table and chairs, 5 wrought iron springy chairs, and handmade wood benches. Be sure to take a look at all the pictures to see what we have to offer.  We look forward to seeing you Tuesday!
