You are ONLY allowed at the house during Sales Hours , so please do not show up at the house prior to sale days. It is trespassing and you could be arrested if you do.
Because Estatesales.net only allows me to post four (4) sale days in a row, we can only post the first two days of the sale, Tuesday and Friday, then we have to delete the post on Tuesday to post the Saturday sale. So note that we post all the days of the sales in the message.
Cash or Check preferred and Credit Cards accepted with a minimum $25 purchase plus 5% processing fee.

Description & Details

Get ready for our last sale of the year! This house is packed and a real treasure hunt. The home is conveniently located off of Winchester Road and Old Highway 72 and with its over 2000 square feet and a big detached garage plus bonus room there is enough space for everyone to shop.

You will find all kinds of curiosities, collectables, as well as real vintage and bohemian items and true antiques.  We dedicated two rooms alone for old and new Christmas decor, for example a Remote Control Santa who can serve you Eggnog and cookies. The garage is a real digger place where you can step back to the time of your childhood.

We have Kincaid furniture, many beautiful accent pieces, glider rockers, antique buffets, display cabinets, a mahogany dining table plus chairs, radio tables, vintage sofas and chairs.  You will find Longaberger baskets, old wood bowls, milk cans, beautiful lamps, art of CE Monroe of Madison County Courthouse and a signed Harry Truman portrait by Greta Kempten for example.

The kitchen and all the rooms are packed with china and crystal, cookware of all sorts, too much to list it all.

We have a working freezer, Altec speakers, a 27” flat TV, a TORO generator and many other power tools. We will have farm equipment for sell and even a small dog kennel for outside.

We are looking forward to you joining us this coming Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. This house will be so much fun to shop.
