We do not price over the Phone, Email, or Facebook. You must attend the sale.
Entry numbers are available approximately 1 hour before the opening of the sale. We only admit a certain number of people in the house at one time.
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. (Sales must be $20 and over to use a Credit/Debit Card).
Sales tax is charged unless you can present us with a copy of a current Tax Exemption Form provided by your State.
All Sales Final. Please ask for help on large items - please don't pull the tag yourself - we will mark the item as sold.
We cannot always help you load large items, please be aware of this and bring appropriate help. Tips for loading large items are encouraged and appreciated.

Come visit us, two day sale, house is so clean you could literally eat off the nearly brand new flooring (house is nearly new as well!) - our hours are Friday July 16, 9AM until 3PM (full price in the morning, 25% off beginning at noon) Saturday July 17, 9AM until Noonish, 50% off (except fine jewelry/sterling items).
