Description & Details

Mom and Dad are moving to a senior living facility. They need to downsize. Imagine what might accumulate after 68 years together.

There are many common household items (kitchen items, glassware, small appliances, etc.) as well as things 'nice to have'.

Large appliances are: side by side refrigerator / freezer (freezer holds between zero and minus ten), clothes washer and dryer, dorm-size refrigerator.

Some common furniture: std headboard, nightstand, coffee table, computer desk, file cabinets, large oak bookcase, rocking chairs, etc.

Some more elegant furniture: walnut burl English bar, oak dining table and six matching chairs (selling as unit only) , carved oak sideboard, interesting king-size headboard and frame.

Barware glass and decanters, , shot glasses, old-school oak wall phone that can hide decanters, etc. ....

Garage stuff: socket set, socket wrenches, Kennedy toolbox, Norton Tri-stone / oilstone sharpener, air compressor, heavy-duty parts and tool cabinet on casters, scaffold, air compressor, etc. ...
