Please Note: This sale will have two entrances and two checkout stations. The garage entrance and checkout is on ground level. The house entrance and checkout is up a set of stairs.

Cash and cards accepted. No checks will be accepted. Due to the nature of the sale, all sales are final and no returns will accepted or refunds issued.

It is recommended that you bring your own help and loading materials. We will be unable to help move furniture during the sale. If an item is purchased and you are unable to load it on your own we would be happy to help you load it after estate sale hours.
