Payments will be accepted by cash, Venmo or PayPal. Please bring help to load large or heavy items. Not responsible for accidents. Mask must be worn while inside the house. If you bring small children please be aware that there are a lot of breakables in the home and we want everyone to be safe. Bids will be accepted for items over $100. All bids must be at least 60% or more of marked price and the winner will be notified before 5PM on Saturday. We will have boxes and papers for wrapping fragile items, but not enough for everything in this home. If you are interested in purchasing breakable items please bring your own supplies to help us out! All items left on Sunday (the last day) will be half price.
