*Please Note: This lovely home is under contract and scheduled to be closed three days after this sale ends. We need you to understand the importance to the owner that this immaculately clean house remain undamaged in anyway during the sale. The owner plans to try to protect the spotless white carpets during the sale. You may be offered surgical style booties to put on over your shoes before entering the house. We appreciate you understanding.

There are carpeted steps inside the home. Please use the handrails and walk slowly and carefully. Please use caution walking around the property. It is a nice area, but we ask you to use caution and be careful. Somethings are sharp and can be broken, so handle with care. You agree to shop at your own risk by coming in.

All items selling "As-is" and "Where-is." All sales are final. No Returns. Not responsible for items not picked up. Items need be picked up by the last day of the sale.

Please observe and practice social distancing. Masks are encouraged. Please respect the spaces around other shoppers. We will only allow a limited number of people in the home at a time. Thank you!

We are so happy to bring this beautiful estate sale to you! The owner is moving and is needing to sell most everything in her lovely, immaculately cared-for home.

There is high quality, yet comfortable furniture throughout the house. Some of the brands of furniture are Broyhill, Lane, and Burlington. We try to only show pictures of items that will be available to be sold at this sale. It is possible that some of the items in our pictures will be retained by our seller. As her final decisions are known, we will remove any pictures of items (primarily of table decor) that will not be available to sell. We expect more items to be added and we will post those as soon as possible. You don’t want to miss this fantastic sale! This sale begins on Friday, May 21st. Please note that a neighborhood yard sale is planned for the next day on Saturday, the 22nd. Come Friday, if you can!
