Buyer’s Premium: 20% Buyer’s Premium on each item purchased (Credit Card Fees are included in the Buyer's Premium)
Payment: Full Settlement is due on the day of the auction, the credit card on file will be charged for the hammer prices, buyer's premium, and sales tax within 24 hours of the auction closing. Customers may pay by Cash, cashier’s Check or Wire Transfer payable to Henderson Auctions if Henderson Auctions is notified within 24 hours of the auction closing how you will be paying if you are the high bidder. International buyers must pay via wire transfer. The International Wire Transfer fee is $50. Full payment is due on sale day. Personal or company checks must be accompanied by a bank letter of credit guaranteeing payment. Bank drafts will not be accepted. Notice to Non U. S. Buyers: Purchasers without United States bank accounts are required to pay in U. S. Funds by wire transfer from their bank. Some equipment may require modifications to meet import and safety regulations. For details and for information on your export obligations, please contact your customs broker. Any invoice not paid within 5 banking days from sale day, is subject to interest at 2% per month, prorated daily beginning sale day. Sales Tax applied when applicable. If you have a tax exempt form please fax to 225-686-0647 or email to auctionoffice@hendersonauctions.com. Do not rely on financing you will be legally responsible for paying for your winning lots even if you cannot get financing.
Additional Auction Terms: While descriptions are believed to be accurate, the auctioneer nor seller make any warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied. Henderson Auctions shall not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. Everything is sold ‘AS IS’ – ‘WHERE IS’ except as expressly made in writing. All sales are final. No warranties are made as to the merchantability of any items or their fitness for any purpose.
Sales Tax will be added to the purchase of all taxable items sold. Tax will be collected on final bid amount plus any buyer premium when applicable. Dealers who purchase for resale must present their resale tax certificate to Henderson Auctions at time of payment.
The BID CALLER has the sole discretion to determine the final high BIDDER, and can in his sole discretion open the bidding, close the bidding, exclude BIDDERs, recognize late BIDDERs, reopen closed bidding, and reopen bidding between tie BIDDERs. BIDDERs have the opportunity, where available, to bid in person, absentee, by proxy, by telephone, or through online bidding platform(s).
Any notice of successful bidding or being outbid via online platform(s) or by any party other than the BID CALLER and Management for the AUCTIONEER does not constitute official notice. Official notice of award and whether or not a sale has taken place will only be given in the form of an invoice from the AUCTIONEER. AUCTIONEER has the right and sole discretion to amend or correct any invoice that is sent to a BIDDER.
Any litigation from non-payment or lot-related discrepancies will be held in a Livingston, LA Parish court system.
If a BIDDER does not pay the balance in full by the scheduled load-out date, the BIDDER is subject to having the credit card on file charged for the balance of the BIDDER's invoice.

Photos shown on the website are meant as a representation, all items in the photo may not be included in the lot. Please read the lot description for specific items included with the lot.
During a live auction using any online bidding platform, Henderson Auctions is not responsible for clerking errors. The Auctioneer calling the auction is the only person who determines who has placed the high bid and who is the winning bidder. This is not determined by the clerk for the online bidding platform. High bidders will receive an invoice from Henderson Auctions and not the online bidding platform. If you receive an email or invoice from an online bidding platform please disregard this notice and call our auction office 225-686-2252.
Some online bidding platform prices may not reflect the correct sold price as stated by the live auctioneer.

BUYER INFORMATION:
Buyer’s Premium and Taxes: The final bid (hammer) price of each lot will be subject to a buyer’s premium.
Onsite Auction Buyer’s Premium: For VEHICLE property the premium is 10% on each item purchased. For MEMORABILIA and other non-motor vehicle property, the premium is 15% on each item purchased.
Internet & Phone Bidding Auction Buyer’s Premium: For VEHICLE property the premium is 13% on each item purchased. For MEMORABILIA and other non-motor vehicle property, the premium is 18% on each item purchased.

Absentee Bidding: If you are unable to attend the sale and require additional flexibility for an absentee bid of a lot estimated more than $10,000 (ten thousand), Henderson Auctions is pleased to offer an absentee bid option. Please contact Tricia Ory at tricia@hendersonauctions.com no later than three days before the auction date to set up your absentee bid.

Sales Tax, if applicable, will be charged on the final total of the hammer price plus buyer’s premium. In order to be exempt from state sales tax (and license and documentation fees, as applicable), the buyer must possess a valid sellers permit/resale certificate number and must be a licensed motor vehicle dealer in the applicable state and furnish documentation of the same to Henderson Auctions prior to or at the time of purchase.
BUYER PAYMENTS: Payment for purchased lots must be made no later than 2pm on the Monday following the auction. Henderson Auctions recommends anyone wishing to remove items (including motor vehicles) should immediately pay by cash, certified check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. A convenience fee of 4% additional will be added to all credit card charges. Please note that payments made by personal, or business checks may result in property not being released until purchase funds clear the bidder’s bank. Payment & Collection Hours at the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum: Henderson Auctions will be accepting payments during and after the auction on Saturday. Memorabilia purchases can be collected during the auction. Purchased vehicles will not be released until after the auction. Our payment and collection hours continue Sunday from 8am to 5pm and again on Monday from 8am to 5pm. Transport of your winning items can be arranged with Classic Car Motoring for a later transport date from their luxury storage facility.
