GUNS WILL BE SOLD FOR CASH ONLY. You will pay IN CASH for the gun that you want and return on Saturday at 12 Noon to fill out paperwork with Blue Steel Gun Repair, a licensed FFL business, and they will run your application at that time. After the OK is given from the FBI, you may remove your gun. Without issue this should take approximately 7 minutes per transfer.

GUN SALES: You must be an Alabama resident. You must not be a felon and/or have charges of domestic violence. You must be at least 18 years old. You must have an up to date Alabama driver's license.

Guns will not be reduced in price.

SALES TAX WILL BE COLLECTED AT THE RATE OF 7%. If you are a dealer and do not want to pay sales tax, you must bring us a copy of your 2017 Sales Exemption Form and LEAVE IT with us. You must bring this and leave it at every sale. No exceptions, no emails, no promises. Otherwise, EVERYONE PAYS SALES TAX! IT IS THE LAW!

YOU ENTER THE FRONT PORCH SINGLE DOOR. EXIT AND PAY IN GARAGE.

ABSOLUTELY, no moving or loading help.. You must bring your own lifting help, dollies, blankets and tools to disassemble items.

Limited amount of wrap, boxes and bags. Please bring your own, but leave in your car until you are ready to use.

No coats or large purses or bags. If you bring a large purse we will keep it for you at the check out or you can leave it at home or in your car.

HEAVY items have a two part manilla inventory tag. If you want to purchase that item, put your name and phone number on the back part of the upper tag. DO NOT USE STICKERS. Take the lower part of the manila inventory tag to the checkout and pay for your item. You will receive a paid receipt with the inventory number allowing you to remove that item from the home.

If you separate tags you MUST purchase the item, no exceptions.

If you STOCK PILE ITEMS, you will buy them. It is not fair to others.

If you want us to hold an item for you we will do so with a $50 non refundable deposit in case you decide not to come back. We will hold the item for 30 minutes. No longer. No exceptions.

DO NOT SEPARATE SMALLER WHITE TWO PART INVENTORY TAGS. All WHITE tag items must be carried to the checkout. The cashier will separate the white tags for you. If you separate the tags, the cashier will have to match all tags back together before you can check out. Do NOT leave white tagged items in the house.... carry them to the checkout with you.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY THE CLOSE OF THE SALE ....NO EXCEPTIONS.
