Entry numbers are available approximately 1 hour before the opening of the sale. We only admit a certain number of people in the house at one time.
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Sales tax is charged unless you can present us with a copy of a current Tax Exemption Form provided by your State.
All Sales Final. Please ask for help on large items - please don't pull the tag yourself - we will mark the item as sold.
We cannot always help you load large items, please be aware of this and bring appropriate help.

IN CASE OF RAIN, we will transport you to the sale from the corner of Jeff Road and Nick Davis – park in the old Gin parking lot and look for our sign! If it's not raining, feel free to pull into the yard - don't block the driveway, please. If you park along the side of the road, please be careful and don't block neighbor's yards or mailboxes.
