You are ONLY allowed at the house during Sales Hours , so please do not show up at the house prior to sale days. It is trespassing and you could be arrested if you do.
Because Estatesales.net only allows me to post four (4) sale days in a row, we can only post the first two days of the sale, Tuesday and Friday, then we have to delete the post on Tuesday to post the Saturday sale. So note that we post all the days of the sales in the message.
Cash or Check preferred and Credit Cards accepted with a minimum $25 purchase plus 5% processing fee.

This well maintained and beautiful home will offer you a great shopping experience. You will find what you were looking for in this over 2000 square foot clean and smoke free home.  This house is conveniently located at Balch Road in Madison. The homeowners were lovers of tasteful and stylish furnishing and exquisite decor. Our tables are packed with Christmas, Crystal, kitchen ware, linens and so much more.

We have a beautiful dining room table w/10 chairs by Williams Furniture by Georgia-Pacific, a stunning antique china cabinet, a Howard Miller Grandfather clock, lots of sofas and chairs, a Kimball organ and a Casio keyboard in great condition. You will find end and sofa tables in every style throughout the house. We have several dining tables sets, a Queen headboard and mattress, dressers and chest of drawers, cedar chests, just too much to list it all.  We have good brand women’s clothes in sizes L and XL. This is the way to refresh your wardrobe for sure

Appliances are a Frigidaire front loader and dryer, a Kenmore freezer and small kitchen appliances. The outside offers a generator, tools, an aerator and many more garden tools.  

Outside is a 10 x 15’ metal shed, and a RV carport/shed, 18'x30'x12' big for sale. Both for a great price, all you need to do is to move it to your home.    

There are so many things for sale which are not even listed yet. This is a sale you do not want to miss.
