You are ONLY allowed at the house during Sales Hours , so please do not show up at the house prior to sale days. It is trespassing and you could be arrested if you do.
Because Estatesales.net only allows me to post four (4) sale days in a row, we can only post the first two days, Tuesday and Friday and then have to delete the post on Tuesday to post the Saturday sale. So note that we post all the days of the sales in the message.

All sales are final, as is, where it is. NO REFUNDS
You must bring your own help to move items you purchase
** Our loading policy: if WE have to help you load an item that is clearly marked "You Load" we will charge you a $20 courtesy fee going to the person helping you load the item. ***
You must call or text MJ 256-658-271eight to hold any item for the next open business day. You can only hold any item with a description and item number in the picture. We no longer hold little items and you must be present at the sale to get those items.
Saturday 8 am - 12 Opening at full price and will discount as day goes on. Everything has to go by 12 noon..

We will reserve items with a written description in the picture and the price with the picture. We are no longer reserving small items and do not have a master price list for them. To reserve a tagged item you must call or text Stacey at 803-354-293three to ask questions, make offers or reserve a large tagged item that is in a picture with a description and price. Please click on the photos to get prices and item numbers of the items before calling. Thank you and remember only calls or texts Stacey at 803-354-293three with item numbers and descriptions. Please leave a message and calls will be returned in the order they are received. Please do not make multiple calls , this just slows down the process. This is a downsizing sale where we have moved everything left in the house after they move to the main floor and garage. There is a lot of kitchen items, stain glass pink window, household items and electronics, tools, linens, furniture, a kit made grandfather clock and so much more.  It is all good clean items. Lovely neighborhood and a nice clean house. 

This is Saturday only and then it is gone. Everything has to be out of the house by noon, to get ready for the new owners. So come on out.

Policy

We start reserving the items that are photograph with a tagged description with the price, as soon as they are posted on Face book and EstateSales.net. At either site click on the picture and you will see the prices of the larger items. Then you can call or text and reserve only for the next open sale day to come out and purchase. You will need to bring help to move the larger items. We will charge you a Courtesy fee of $20 (with money going to the loader) for having to move an item that is clearly marked YOU LOAD. You must call the number posted for each sale to get the item. We do not accept “I want this “on Facebook. You must talk to someone to make arrangements for payment and pick up. If you reserve an item we consider it yours.

We are still collecting small soaps and shampoos for Manna House.  You can also feed our Manna House Jar at the checkout at each sale. We use this money for whatever is needed each week at Manna house from food, diapers, peanut butter ETC.
