You are ONLY allowed at the house during Sales Hours , so please do not show up at the house prior to sale days. It is trespassing and you could be arrested if you do.
Because Estatesales.net only allows me to post four (4) sale days in a row, we can only post the first two days, Tuesday and Friday and then have to delete the post on Tuesday to post the Saturday sale. So note that we post all the days of the sales in the message.

You must bring your own help to move items you purchase
** Our loading policy: if WE have to help you load an item that is clearly marked "You Load" we will charge you a $20 courtesy (fee going to the person helping you load the item). ***
You must call or text Angie at 256-656-989five to hold any item for the next open business day. You can only hold an item with a description and item number in the picture. We no longer hold little items and you must be present at the sale to get those items.

We will reserve items with a written description in the picture and the price with the picture. We are no longer reserving small items and do not have a master price list for them. To reserve a tagged item you must call or text Angie at 256-656-989five to ask questions, make offers or reserve a large tagged item that is in a picture with a description and price. This is a beautiful two level home in a lovely subdivision on the edge of Madison. This home has furniture throughout that is unique, solid and unusual. We have Lexington, Ethan Allen, Lazyboy and many other name brand pieces of furniture.We also have furniture that is handmade and of solid wood quality. We have an assortment of TVs along with a high quality pool table and even a pinball machine These items can't be found anywhere else in the area and right here at Christmas time. We also have lots of kitchenware, glassware, hand blown glass, crystal (D'Arquet), china and silver plate serving pieces for entertaining for the holiday season. We have a generator, tools, garden implements, a pull-behind trailer and other gas powered tools for the yard.
