We accept cash, local checks, debit/credit cards plus a 5% credit card service fee. 
All sales are final. "As Is". No Returns. No Refunds. Everything is not tested. No holds without payment.
Numbers will given out one hour before we open on Thursday only.
Bring help to load your items. We can not help with moving or loading items.
Bring boxes and wrap for your breakable items.
We are not responsible for accidents.
Do not block neighbor’s driveways, mailboxes, trash cans or park on their grass. 
Any items purchased but not picked up by the end of the sale will be donated. No refunds will be issued.
