Please note the dates for this sale are Tuesday March 10th from 10 - 1pm., Friday March 13th from 10 - 1 pm and Saturday March 14th from 8 - 11am. All sales and invoices will be sent in the order in which messages are sent. Please don't send multiple messages. You can reserve items by TEXTING 256-603-4198 at this house for presales. You only can reserve items that are tagged with an item number and price listed underneath the photo. Please give your full name (we cannot invoice you without your name), and the item number of the item you would like to reserve that is posted under the photos. We will text you an invoice back to pay by credit card if the item is still available.

There will be no more reserves taken after 6 pm the night prior to the start of each day of the sale. ALL items left at the house after the sale is over will be donated to charity. We are not responsible for your pickup of items purchased. If they are left after the sale is over the Items will be donated to charity. So, make sure you pick up the items you reserved.

All presales must be purchased by credit card (presales before we open at no extra fee).
Please bring your own help to move heavy items as we do not load anything for you.
*All items that are left at the house and not picked up during the Estate sale time will be donated to charity.
*All sales are final, as is, where is. NO REFUNDS.

Welcome back to this week's sale in a Garden home in Madison off County Line Road. This house is full throughout the house in the garage with fine furniture from Stressless sofa/chairs, Broyhill furniture, Hibriten dining room set, custom made roll top desk, Lane patio set, and more furniture. We have wonderful collection of kitchen items and crystal for entertaining. You will just need to look at the photos to see what all we have to sale. Please note that at the tagged photos there is a item number that you can text 256-603-4198 to reserve by giving your full name and item number. we will text you back an invoice to pay by credit card.
