• We do not accept checks without valid drivers license
• All items are being sold AS IS
• All sales are FINAL / No returns or refunds
• No early bird sales or previews
• We will be available all hours listed
• Sale will begin each day promptly at the start time, please line up at the door
• We will not provide prices, sizes, or other details for items prior to sale
• We do not store or hold sold merchandise
• All items MUST be picked up within 48 hours of purchase and no later than 5:00pm on Monday, March 30th. Pick up times on Sunday, March 29th are from 1:00-5:00pm.
• Must bring your own packing supplies and whatever assistance you may require to move and haul large items. We will offer assistance on-site for loading larger items but please be prepared to move your items
• Please be courteous of neighbors driveways, lawns, and mailboxes
