Description & Details

Estate sale of a family with a long history in Perry County, Alabama. One family member was a long time collector and dealer and the estate reflects her appreciation of antiques and collectibles. The estate is in a comfortable 1930's vintage home and was built in the same location as was the ante-bellum that, unfortunate, became a victim of fire. Some of the items in the sale were original to the previous ante-bellum home. The fabulous setting of this old home place has to be seen to be appreciated and is alone enough of a reason to attend this large and interesting sale. The real estate is under contract.

Many antiques/furniture from the American Empire, Victorian and late 1800's period, lots of collectables/glassware/tableware, Alvin Chateau Rose sterling service for 8 w/serving pcs, coin silver including Huntington of Marion, Conning/Leslie of Mobile, several sets of china (Spode, Johnson Bros, Havilland...) crystal (larger set of Fostoria "Navarre") and pattern glass, Nippon, Old Paris, upright piano, lamps, pictures, mirrors, books, linens, Lionel train and good kitchen items. Don't miss this sale! House is full!

Huntington coin flatware will be sold by highest offer over $850.00

Direction note: the map on estatesales.net is not exact but will get you real close. It shows the house on the wrong side of the road. If you use google or map quest outside of this site it will not show the correct location. There are flag banners on the road at the location. Numbers will be in the mailbox at the road because of rain potential. Gate will be open before the sale with parking near the house.
