General Terms
● All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
● All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.
● It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect merchandise before purchasing.
Payment
● We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Other payment methods may be accepted at our discretion.
● A valid photo ID may be required for certain purchases.
Pricing
● Prices are firm unless otherwise announced by Legacy Estate Sales.
● Discounts may be offered on designated sale days at the sole discretion of Legacy Estate Sales.
Item Pickup
● Purchased items must be removed during the scheduled pickup period unless prior arrangements have been made.
● Buyers are responsible for moving, loading, and transporting their purchases.
● Staff assistance with loading is limited and not guaranteed.
Large Items
● Large furniture and appliances must be picked up by the stated deadline.
● Buyers should bring adequate help, tools, and appropriate vehicles for removal.
Liability
● Customers enter the property at their own risk.
● Legacy Estate Sales and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property while attending the sale.
Hold Requests
● We generally do not hold items without payment.
● Paid items may be held until the scheduled pickup time, subject to available space.
Conduct
● Please be respectful of the home, neighbors, staff, and other shoppers.
● Theft, disruptive behavior, or damage to property will result in removal from the premises and may be reported to law enforcement.
Accuracy
● While every effort is made to accurately describe and price merchandise, errors may occur. Legacy Estate Sales reserves the right to correct pricing or descriptions before a sale is completed.
