AUCTION TERMS
Please read the terms carefully as they are a legal binding contract between you and 251SOLD Realty & Auction, LLC.

All disputes will be settled in Mobile County, Alabama.

We encourage you to examine the photographs carefully as in-person inspections will not be available for this auction.

If purchases are not settled by the close of the auction pickup date, the account is in default. Upon default, the bidder will be blacklisted on 251SOLD Realty & Auction and charged for the merchandise. Defaulted items will be forfeited back to 251SOLD Realty & Auction, LLC.

Thursday July 16, 2026 and Friday July 17, 2026 are by appointment only. Call 251-251-SOLD to schedule a time. Saturday July 18, 2026 10:00–2:00 CST is first come, first served.

Boat trailers are exempt from titles in Alabama. A bill of sale will be given.
BUYER'S PREMIUM & TAXES

There will be a 20% Buyer's Premium added to the final bid price.
Example: Winning bid $100 + 20% Buyer's Premium = $120.00

10% sales tax will be collected unless you provide 251SOLD Realty & Auction, LLC with a hard copy of your tax resale certificate.

BIDDING INFORMATION

When you bid your max, the current bid price does not automatically go to your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price, and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified.

This auction has an auto-extend feature, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last 60 seconds of the auction, the bid on that lot will extend for 60 seconds. Bidding will continue to extend in 60-second increments from the time the last bid is placed until there are no more bids and the lot sits idle for 60 seconds.

251SOLD Realty & Auction, LLC has put forth every effort to make accurate descriptions of the items. Printed or verbal statements made by staff are matters of opinion and are made in good faith. However, all items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS.

BIDDER RESPONSIBILITIES

Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential, as they are responsible for ANY and ALL activity involving their account.

When using the website, you must obey all local, state, and federal laws. Violations will result in termination of website use privileges. We gather aggregate information from this website, which may include but is not limited to number of page visitors, most visited pages, and all correspondence.

CREDIT CARD POLICY

251SOLD Realty & Auction, LLC requires a valid credit card to set up a bidding account. By registering with your credit card, you, the purchaser, agree to the following:

I, the buyer, hereby authorize the auction company (251SOLD Realty & Auction, LLC) to charge my credit card on file for the full amount of my bill if I do not settle my unpaid account by the close of the auction pickup date.
I, the buyer, understand the terms of the auction, including pickup and payment dates and timelines, and agree that I have placed bids with the intent of abiding by the auction's set terms and conditions.
I, the buyer, understand that the auction company is selling items in AS-IS, WHERE-IS condition.
I, the buyer, hereby authorize the auction company to charge my credit card for my purchases in the event that I do not pick up my items in person and make other payment arrangements. I also agree that the auction company is not responsible for handling, moving, or storing the items I have purchased, and that I risk the chance of those items being stolen or damaged if left behind.
I, the buyer, hereby agree not to challenge or deny payment to the auction company for purchases made with the credit card on file. I fully understand the terms and conditions of the auction and agree to this Credit Card Policy, or I will not place bids with this auction website.

This online-only event features a wonderful collection of antiques and collectibles, including furniture, glassware, clocks, stoneware, rockers, and much more. Bidding closes July 15th at 7:00 PM. All items must be paid for and removed from the location at 418 Dauphin Island Parkway, Mobile, AL 36606. Cash only — no exceptions. A 20% Buyer's Premium and 10% sales tax will be applied to all purchases. Please come prepared with plenty of strong help and boxes to load your items. No assistance will be available on-site.
