All items to be picked up within 24 hours of purchase and no later than 4:00 on Sunday.
Please bring your own packing supplies and whatever assistance you may require to move and haul large items.
No early bird sales or previews. We do not give out prices, sizes and other details regarding sale items prior to the sale opening.

Sales tax is charged unless you provide a copy of your drivers license and sales tax certificate.

Live your best retro life with music, entertainment, leather books and heritage collectibles as if it were still the 70's in prestigious Spring Hill. The timeless quality of a Yamaha G2 baby grand piano can be yours (and due to size is available for presale. Hundreds of vinyl albums, stereo equipment..... including everything. Yep, there are even reel to reel and 8 track tapes and players! The 9' Brunswick pool table is as ready to play as ever!
Furniture includes short and squat forms in bold colors ,from the 70's, and more modern pieces as well including a rattan bedroom set and table and chairs, bookcase with doors, bakers rack, and more.
The collectibles span the last four decades. There are two bookcases full of leather Franklin Mint classics and signed first edition titles, too. The hard to find Franklin Mint presidential bust and revolutionary war figures are as quintessentially American today as there were circa 1976! Toys include vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Ghostbusters in good condition, with lots of vehicles and some complete, action figures, cast Iron, pottery, Mobile UMS Wright yearbooks, wildlife art, and even Michael Jordan baseball cards, rare stamps, sheet music, and much, much more.
And there are plenty of general estate goods ready for a new home! Kitchen goods, men's, women's, and children's clothing, shoes, and winter jackets, linens, dvds, tools, small appliances, glassware, pottery, pans, Christmas, etc.
Available appliances include microwave, tvs, dvd player, and more.
Need a chair lift for your mother/father in law suit, or yourself? It's available for pre sale but does require professional removal! But, where... oh where will you find one at a great price!
