Nice seeing friends & meeting new people for Day 1 of the estate sale at 715 Natchez Trail Ct. We saw a lot of excited people getting great items to add to their collection and home. we have a request that you *Please* 🙏park on the right side of the street only on Natchez Trail. *Update* Several original watercolors from local artist Blanche Chapman Sumrall, a resident of Spanish Fort, Alabama, who passed away September 2024 at 90 years are available for the sale.

Beautiful very clean home with a great assortment of items including:

 Lladro porcelain hand made in Spain, several have original boxes, including #5890 “The Way of the Cross” rare and limited to only 2,000. 

Nice assortment of tools, 3 level Craftsman rolling box, Echo gas blower, Echo gas weed eater, Dewalt pressure washer, Craftsman wrenches, plus more. Most all are like new condition. 

Good assortment of Waterford crystal, with a couple signed signature pieces engraved.

Quantum Q6 Edge Electric Scooter with joystick controls. Was never used. Lots of other elderly walkers, canes, roller, bath seats, wheelchairs, several new with tags. 

Lots of Corvette enthusiast pieces including several 1978 25th anniversary pieces including Jacket & Hat. Several model diecast cars. 
 
Military items including 2 civil war swords, Emerson, appear to be NCO without scabbards. 
 

China hutch, dining table with 2 leaves, 6 dining cane back chairs, buffet, (pleather) leather polyester blend sofa recliner and love seat recliner, iron bar stool chairs, iron padded dining chairs, glass top round dining table with iron base, plus more…

Two jewelry armoire cabinets, one modern standing and one Queen Anne style with gold pulls. Both open from the top with mirrors and in nice condition. 

Glass front Mossy Oak wood firearm cabinet and a Mossy oak metal 8 holder cabinet with shelves.

Lots of men’s golf polos 80 or so Like New, most are size xxl and xl. Lots of like new hats, many appear to have not been worn.
