To get the most fun & enjoyment from our Estate Sales, please follow these rules--

How to play the game: 

1. Do not pass “Go” until 8 a.m. on Friday morning.    We do not presell or allow sales via phone or internet on estate sale items. The sale is strictly first come, first serve, so please make your plans to arrive early.
2. Once pieces are removed from play, they cannot go back on the board.    If you select an item and have us hold it for you, then the item is considered ‘taken’ and must be purchased. Please inspect all items when you make your selection; they cannot be put back.
3. Trophies can only leave the building if escorted by someone on our team.   Once you’ve purchased furniture items, our employees will help you load them. ONLY EMPLOYEES are allowed to load larger items! Your cashier will make sure someone is available to assist with your treasures.
4. PLAY NICE OR LEAVE!   These are the rules.  You will be tossed out of the game if you can’t follow them. 

Also, please remember to be courteous and do not take merchandise into the restrooms.

Dealers, be sure to let your cashier know if you plan to use a Tax ID number before they begin ringing up.

And most importantly, if you cannot take your items with you that day and need to pick up your finds later, YOU MUST CALL FIRST to schedule a time to do so within 2 weeks of purchase.
