• Sale will be held Rain or Shine.
• Payments: Cash and Credit/Debit Cards (minimum of $20 ).
• Prices not quoted before sale begins. No pre-sales allowed. No early sales.
• All items are sold as is where is and final. No warranty or guarantees. No Returns No Refunds
• For liability reasons we cannot provide help with moving or delivering large items.
• We suggest that you bring your own packing materials boxes paper tape etc.
• Every effort is made to assure customer safety; therefore we do not accept responsibility for accidents and/or bodily injury.
• All purchased items must be removed before the close of the sale
• We collect sales tax at our sales. A 2018 copy of your exempt tax certificate IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY for all exempt sales.
• We will assist you with getting small items to your car however for liability reasons we cannot provide help with moving or delivering large items (more than 10 lbs).
• The Seller or Agent assumes no liability for loss or damages to property or vehicles or persons while at sale.
