We are happy for you to make an offer.This is not an auction. If we accept your offer you will be called after the sale closes. All items are full price the first day and 1/2 the next day. Credit cards accepted. Wearing a mask is mandatory . Bring you mask and have it on please. Make the line go smoother. If you know you are coming to an estate sale please bring wrapping paper and boxes. We run out quickly. We welcome offers on paper. At 4 15pm we will open offers. If you win the offer you will need to pay and pick up your item by 10 am the 2nd day. If you fail to this, the item will be for sale. We close at 4pm. If you come in at 3;55 and have things to buy you will pay the original price. Coming at closing will not get you the 2nd day price. If you want to wait for 1/2 price best you come on the 2nd day. I will not reduce prices the first day at all...doesnt matter how much you spend. ITS THE FULL PRICE>
