Sale starts promptly at 9:00 - no early entry or early sales. A sign-up list is posted on the door. Please sign your name and only your name. You must stay on the premises once you have signed the list. Everyone enters the house at 9:00. Bids are taken on all items priced $50.00 or more. No bids are accepted on items under $50.00. Your bid must be more than half of the original price. Bids are opened the first day and winning bidders are notified that evening. All items not sold on the first day ARE HALF PRICE THE SECOND DAY! You are not allowed to use your own sold stickers for any reason. Only workers of the sale can mark something sold. Haggling of prices will not be tolerated.
