The sale begins at 8:30 am. Sign-up sheet is posted at the front door.Once you sign the list(signing only your name),you must stay on the property.You are allowed to use your own sold tags,but IF YOU MARK AN ITEM SOLD,IT IS YOURS! NO removing sold stickers once they are placed on an item. Your name & phone number MUST be on all of your sold stickers.Any sold sticker found on furniture without your name will be removed.Bids are taken on all items priced $50.00 or more.You are encouraged to leave a reasonable/legitimate bid!Winning bidders will be called by 8:00 pm on the evening of the first day of the sale.Items are to be paid for & picked up the next morning.Items not sold the first day or sold on bid will be half price the second day.Please bring someone with you to load furniture as our workers are unable to help. We do have available the name of someone who can deliver for you for a nominal fee.Prices are not negotiable the first day.

This is our last sale for 2009 - whew! We will begin three in January. Wonderful English oak court cupboard.  This is in excellent condition - date of the piece is late 1920's.This view of the kitchen cupboard shows the enamel interior.  Also shown is a beautiful blue, ruffled edge cased pitcher with 6 glasses.This is a wonderful antique country pine table.  Note the unusual feet on this table.This pictures shows the two sizes of the square plates in the "Hostess" pattern.Beautiful cabinet - mahogany, with glass front, side shelves, and two beautiful columns on the front. Colors are nice and strong.Sale PictureThis is one of three Hummel figures - all in original boxes.  These are commorative, limited edition figures all signed on the bottom by the artist.  This one is called "Crossroads" and is a commemorative piece honoring the Berlin Airlift. Also including with this is a replica of the Berlin Wall.  I have two of this particular figure.This is the second set of Hummel figures- consisting of the young children and a replica of I suppose the Berlin wall. These pieces are also signed by the artist on the base and are limited editions.Antique Empire sofa-  needs to have the springs re-adjusted.  Otherwise in very nice condition.  Located on the sofa are beautiful porcelain dolls.It IS old - a wonderful painted dog figurine -paint is in great condition.Nice oak dining room table with large reeded legs. Player Piano - plays beautifully - with numerous piano rolls - owner has indicated that she will pay to have the piano moved out of the house.Close-up of the piano - piano comes with the antique piano stool and approximately 50 piano rolls.  The rolls come with the piano - they are not sold separately. It is a deco kitchen cupboard with enamel pull down door to reveal a bar.  The bar/cabinet is in excellent condition.This view shows the top of the kitchen cabinet - flosted, striped door fronts - again, in excellent condition.Nice antique oriental rug, found in the dining room.These square plates - "Hostess" sell for $39.99 EACH on replacements.  We have 12 of each of the two sizes (each size selling for $39.99 on Replacements)- plus a complete service for 12 in the china pattern.  Also in this pattern are 10 double handled cream soups with their underplates.Cream soups and underplates in the "Hostess" pattern.This is a nice oak rocker - dating back to the 1920's.Very unusual hand carved case clock. It is made of American oak - it is a pastry cabinet - it has glass on all sides - the side panels slide down to allow entry.  The doors on front and back open for access from any direction.
