The sale begins at 8:30 am. Sign-up sheet is posted at the front door.Once you sign the list(signing only your name),you must stay on the property.You are allowed to use your own sold tags,but IF YOU MARK AN ITEM SOLD,IT IS YOURS! NO removing sold stickers once they are placed on an item. Your name & phone number MUST be on all of your sold stickers.Any sold sticker found on furniture without your name will be removed.Bids are taken on all items priced $50.00 or more.You are encouraged to leave a reasonable/legitimate bid!Winning bidders will be called by 8:00 pm on the evening of the first day of the sale.Items are to be paid for & picked up the next morning.Items not sold the first day or sold on bid will be half price the second day.Please bring someone with you to load furniture as our workers are unable to help. We do have available the name of someone who can deliver for you for a nominal fee.Prices are not negotiable the first day.

This is our last sale for 2009 - whew! We will begin three in January. I want to say to all of you a very Merry Christmas and a New Year full of health, happiness, and hopefully, a better economy for all of us!
