ESTATE SALE: You enter onto the estate sale property and home AT YOUR OWN RISK and in doing this, we have no liability for injury or damage to your or any items on you. We are NOT responsible for accidents - NOR is the homeowner.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND AS IS!! Absolutely No Refunds or Exchanges.
Make sure to plug in, test , and thoroughly inspect items before affixing sold stickers / purchasing.
Purchased items must be picked up during the posted sale hours. We cannot hold items.
Please remember to bring your own Boxes/Totes/Packing materials to Wrap Items Purchased items.
PLEASE HELP US keep our sales neat and orderly! If you pick an item up, please return it to it's original location (or at least in the near vicinity of it's original location)��! Please do not 'dump' things out; ask our staff for assistance in clearing things from items you have purchased. We work hard to organize and stage items.
TAG SALE: We have tagged and priced most of the items on the property. Can't find a price . . . Ask us and we'll get you one. PLEASE NOTE: There are no discounts on the first day of the sale.
SIGNING IN: A sign-up sheet will be posted at the front door of the home on the morning of the sale. When you arrive, please sign the sheet to secure your place in line and stay on the premises. If you sign and leave, your name will be removed from the list and you will have to re-sign once you return. Approximately 10 minutes prior to the sale start a staff member will assign entry order into the home based on the sign-in sheet.
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Cash Only
BRING YOUR CASH … we do not accept credit or debit cards.
SOLD STICKERS: Make sure you want to purchase an item before placing a sold sticker on it! Once you mark something sold, you are obligated to purchase the item. Our staff will issue sold stickers and write sales tickets. You are welcome to use your own sold stickers - but it must have your name and phone number clearly printed on each sticker. Be sure to promptly obtain a sales ticket from our staff for each item you place a sold sticker on; because, if we cannot identify a sold sticker's owner within a few minutes, the item will be returned to active sell status Once affixed, sold stickers may only be removed by our staff.
EARLY SALES/PREVIEW: There are NO early sales. Pictures are provided on estatesales.net to give everyone a preview of many of the items included in the sale.
OFFERS: All items are full price the first day of the sale. Please do not ask our staff to discount items. To give everyone the same opportunity to purchase items remaining for sale at the end of the first day, we do accept written offers. A written offer must be at least 60% of the original tagged price and can be placed through any of our cashiers. We will contact the person with the highest written offer at the end of the first day and provide instructions for picking up their purchase. Second day of the sale - most items (unless marked "FIRM") will be half price.
HELP IN LOADING: Please bring help to load items you purchase.
