The sign up sheet will be out on the entrance by 7:00 a.m. on Friday , May 6th and Saturday, May 7th. After signing up , please stay on the premises. Rules and information sheets will be there for you to pick up. Names will be called out at 8:30 A.M. Please line up for entry. You can enter the sale at the front door and proceed to the patio thru the house.. There will be a checkout table in the house. Please be careful parking. . .All items are as marked on the first day of the sale and reduced to half price on the second day with the exception of some items that will not be reduced to half price at the request of the owner. We will accept bids on items over $100.00 on Friday and the highest bidders will be notified by phone that afternoon after 5:00 p.m. The highest bid will be marked sold and must be paid for by noon on Saturday. All sales are final and no refunds are granted. Please check your selections. Remember bring boxes for packing and some one to help you load your purchases. This is a special sale with a lot of small items. We are not responsible for accidents. So watch your step. We accept checks, cash and charge cards with proper identification. The family has placed the house for sale and everything must be sold. This sale is full of good furniture...... mahogany queen and full bedroom sets with chests, dressers and side tables, a solid maple full size bedroom set with chest and dresser. The family of three generations have lived here for years and kept every thing is good condition. Look for the pretty Victorian sofa, chairs and coffee table. There is also a very nice French Provincial sofa and pair of club chair, The dining room has a nice Provincial dining table with six chairs, server, china cabinet with china , crystal, vintage depression glass, cut glass, pottery and inlaid tea cart..Also for sale is the washer, dryer, freezer and refrigerator. There are nice recliners and sofa in the den along with collectibles and lots of good costume jewelry, linens and small miscellaneous items.. There is something for everyone...you just need to come and look. You can even find a gift for Mother's Day. Call me if you have questions.
