1. No children will be allowed at this estate sale;
2. We do not require you to wear gloves, but if you feel safer you are welcome to;
3. We will have sanitizer throughout the house for you to use.
4. We will not have a Sign-Up Sheet at this sale. Numbers will be left at front door on a table for you to use to enter the home. You will line up at the front door in the order of your number and the doors will open at 9:00 a.m. Each person must have a number. If you are not in line by 8:30 when I call numbers you will have to go to the back of the line.
5. Prices are marked on the items, and the Clerk will be happy to mark your items SOLD and write your invoice up. The Clerk will be in the room or standing close by. Tell her what item you want and they mark your item sold with your last name and write it up for you. You will not be allowed to mark your own items sold. We feel that is one less item you will have to touch. Prices are marked on items and that is the price. We feel that we have studied, cleaned items and priced them fairly, so don’t ask the Clerk if we will take less. This is not a YARD SALE! Also do not be making comments that items are to high or to low. That makes customers feel uneasy. If you think they are to high, then don’t buy them. If you have a question, please ask Betty Whatley. (owner) and I will be happy to answer your question.
Please bring someone to help you load, because we do not have anyone to load items. Bring the appropriate tools to take washer and dryer loose and refrigerator.
6. We ARE NOT responsible for any accidents nor are the owners. You enter at your own risk. “Step Downs and Step UPS” will be marked so you will know to take your time.
7. We do have a few bags and boxes, but we recommend that you bring your own boxes and bags. When those run out (which they usually do the first hour), then we don’t have anymore.
8. We refuse the right to refuse sale of items to any customer at any time.
9. We will be taking bids on items 100.00 or more. You will have to bid at least 60% + 1.00 over the marked price. We will call you at 6:00 p.m. if you won the item.

This is going to be a 3 Day Sale, due to so many items available. This is one sale that has some of the most beautiful and collectible items we have had in a long time. This family was in the military and traveled all over the world and collected items from several countries and states. The family settled in Montgomery and raised their son. They were members of Eastern Hills Baptist Church for many years (and the son and family are still members) where they were involved in the Church’s many programs. We are very honored to be chosen to do the estate sale for such a great family and especially proud to help serve someone who served his country. You will find some of the most unusual and collectible items.

There is entirely too much to mention or take pictures of for this sale. You will be amazed at the great items and collectibles in this sale. You will just have to attend and take a stroll through Memory Lane.
The house is also for sale. It is a 3 bedroom brick home, 2 tile baths, large living room with sitting area, dining room, large kitchen with lots of cabinets and pantry. Original hardwood floors, some carpet and tile. The house has a full basement with garage and glassed in sun room off sitting area. There is also a glassed in Sun room in basement. It has a shed in back with large beautiful fenced in yard. Great home for children, plenty of room for a growing family. Close to a great Church, hospitals, shopping, schools, interstate, and some great restaurants. Karen Sellers with Realty Central will be handling the sale of the home.
