Terms & Conditions

There will be a Sign-Up Sheet on the front porch at 8:30 a.m. You will be called in, in the manner that you signed up. CASH and CHECK ONLY. Doors will open at 9:00 a.m. You must have your Driver's License #, DOB, Correct Phone Number, Current Address on check. If you write a bad check there will be a $40.00 charge and $35.00 to bank, so please think before you write a check. We ARE NOT Responsible for Accidents!! There will be no haggling over prices. We cannot make change for a $100.00 bill unless your items are $50.00 or more. There will be no one there to load your items, so please make arrangements to bring your help and also tools to take your items apart. Also there will be only a limited number of boxes. There is glassware and china at sale, so plan on bringing your paper to wrap with. I will be happy to give you a gentlemen's name and number for hauling items if you would like. Bids will be taken the first day of sale on items $50.00 or more. You will be called at 6:30 p.m. to let you know if you won the bid. Second day of sale items will be marked 40% off regular price.
