Sunday will be 1/2 price day on items that have not been sold, unless there is a reserve on an item.
We accept cash, credit and debit cards and checks (if personally known). Any returned check will be charged a $30.00 return check fee.
10 Percent Sales Tax will be applied unless you have a copy of your tax identification number. Please present a copy when upon checkout.
There is a 3 % service charge for credit or debit cards.
All items are sold As Is. No refunds will be given.
We are asking that you DO NOT bring in bags or large purses. We will have workers there to write up your purchase and box your items for you. Please see an associate for help!
Must Bring help to load large items. We can recommend movers if interested.
We have limited boxes and packing supplies. Please provide your own.
Neither Cahaba Lily Estate Sales nor the owners of the estate are responsible for accidents. There is limited space and it is not set up for handicap.
