The sign up sheet will be out on the entrance by 7:00 a.m. on Friday, January 27th and Saturday, January 28th. After signing up , please stay on the premises. Rules and information sheets will be there for you to pick up. Names will be called out at 8:30 A.M. Please line up for entry at the front door. There will be a checkout table at the back of the house.. Please be careful parking. Parking will be along the street in front of the house. . .All items are as marked on the first day of the sale and reduced to half price on the second day with the exception of some items that will not be reduced to half price at the request of the owner. We will accept bids on items over $100.00 on Friday and the highest bidders will be notified by phone that afternoon after 5:00 p.m. The highest bid will be marked sold and must be paid for by noon on Saturday. All sales are final and no refunds are granted. Please check your selections. We try to note any defect by "as is".
Remember bring boxes for packing and some one to help you load your purchases. We do not have loading help. .. We are not responsible for accidents. So watch your step. We accept checks, cash and charge cards with proper identification. If you have any questions, please ask us. All workers will have on name tags and are there to help you. This town house is full..full..full. some of everything....impressive king size bed room suite, collectibles, pretty large set of china and crystal. lots of kitchen items and appliances , four sets of china and crystal, beautiful press glass punch bowl with cups, extra large platter in a similar style, nice glass ware, two chandeliers, two china cabinets, mahogany server, table and 6 chairs, organ, interesting sofa and chairs, a king size painted French bed room suite, full size bed and chests, Bill Elliot NASCAR collection and memorabilia, a number of beer advertising items, a huge collection jewelry...lots of things in the carport. The house is for sale and the executor wants everything sold. Call me with any questions. I look forward to seeing you. Emily
The sign up sheet is on the table in front of the gate...watch your step...the stepping stones are unlevel . This is a town house , therefore not as much space to move around. The bedrooms are up stairs. Loads of Christmas items are in the carport. Check out tables will be in the carport and in side. Please don't go into the carport until 9:00 a.m.
