The sign up sheet will be out on the front porch of the house by 7:00 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 15, 2019 and Saturday ,Feb. 16, 2019. You will enter the house according to the number you signed on the sheets..
We accept bids on items over $100.00 on Friday and the highest bidders will be notified by phone that afternoon after 5:00 p.m. The bids must be at least 60% of the marked price. The highest bid on the item will be marked for you and must be paid for. All bid items must be picked up by 3:00 p.m.
..ALL SALES ARE FINAL and no refunds are granted. Please check your selections. We try to note any defect by "as is".. Look at your purchase closely.
Remember bring boxes for packing and some one to help you load your purchases.. ..Please tip any worker that might help you. We are not responsible for accidents. So watch your step.

Wishing you a Happy Valentine....This is a good sale with French Provincial twin beds, chest, table and display cabinet in really good condition, nice full size mahogany bed with dresser and bed side tables. mid century bed room set, French Provincial sofa and two chairs, leather recliner, large cedar chest, painted toy box, very good dining room table and 6 chairs with china cabinet, piano, round oak kitchen table with four chairs, numerous pyrex dishes in both clear and white, mixer, cook ware, china and crystal, large silver plate tray and tea service, washer and dryer, linens and costume jewelry and odd and ends in the storage house, very nice wrought iron table and chairs along with recliner.....and a 2008 Yukon S.U.V. , and lawn mower by Honda. This sale is well taken care of and is in good condition. There is something for everyone. IMPORTANT...the Yukon is not a 2008 but a 2003. I typed the wrong number....I apologize.. .never type without your glasses.
The car will be sold on a bid system. The basic price is $2,800.00. All bids have to be in $100.00 increments over the $2,800.00 . . Bids are read at 5:00 p.m. and I will call the highest bidder after 6:00 p.m. Payment has to be paid by noon on Saturday and the car picked up. .The mileage is 163,000. The car has been well taken care of.
