We accept payment by cash, check or credit card.
We accept bids on items over $100.00 on Friday and the highest bidders will be notified by phone that afternoon after 5:00 p.m. The bids must be at least 60% of the marked price. The highest bid on the item will be marked sold for you and must be paid for. All bid items must be picked up by 3:00 p.m.
..ALL SALES ARE FINAL and no refunds are granted. Please check your selections. We try to note any defect by "as is".. Look at your purchase closely.
The shop and sheds are full....anything that you are interested in with out a price see Lomax. There will be a check out table at the shop area for your convenience. Do remember to bring boxes.
Remember bring boxes for packing and some one to help you load your purchases.. ..Please tip any worker that might help you. We are not responsible for accidents. So watch your step.

Large two story home with very large shop and work space. Home is full of collectibles, china, refrigerator , wine cooler, nice furniture...as the owner said , "everything to go but his tractor". You will enjoy this sale.
We have worked on this sale for over two weeks and still have lots to do. There is a tremendous amount of china and small's, stereo equipment, X-Box, records, tapes, movies.
A very good collection of Japanese porcelain, "Depression Glass", linens, quilts , decorative items, three bedrooms, living room, dining room, garage, books, and a very large shop with tools, you just have to come and see for your self.
You know when I tell you that a sale is full, I mean full, full. The variety of items cover over 40 years and the owners are the only ones to occupy the house. I look forward to seeing you. And yes , it is going to be hot.. there will cold water and ice for you,
