The sale starts promptly at 9:00 a.m. with no early entry or sales.
Please sign ONLY your name to the sign-up sheet posted on the door and stay on the premises once you’ve added your name to the list.
About 30 minutes before the start of the sale, numbers will be handed out and shop-pers will enter in numerical order.
Only workers may mark items sold using names and telephone numbers. We do not use anyone else’s sold stickers. There will be NO haggling of prices.
Because sale locations are small and confined, we ask that no baby strollers or large shopping carts be brought into sales. You may provide your own shopping bags but we reserve the right to inspect bags if necessary. Your yellow copy of the sales re-ceipt will be checked on your way out of the sale. The receipt also doubles as your proof of purchase when you are picking up items at a different time.
We DO NOT pack or carry any items sold. Often, we have movers on site, but you are required to work out a moving fee with them.
Bids will be accepted on individual items that are priced $100 or more. All bids must exceed 60% of the posted original price. Previous bids will NOT discussed. Bids will be opened at the close of the first day of business and winners will be notified that evening. Items won by bid MUST be paid for and picked up by 10:00 a.m. on the sec-ond day of the sale or the item will be returned for sale.

ALL ITEMS NOT SOLD FOR FULL PRICE ON THE FIRST DAY
WILL BE SOLD FOR HALF PRICE ON THE SECOND SALE DAY.
We now take most major credit cards, except for American Express.
PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT allow public use of the restrooms.
