The sign up sheet will be out on the front of the house by 7:00 a.m. on Friday, 25th and Saturday, May 26th. Names will be called out at 8:30 A.M. Please line up for entry at the front door and garage and work shop. You will enter according to how you signed the sheet. There will be a checkout table at the garage area. Please be careful parking..
.All items are as marked on the first day of the sale and reduced to half price on the second day with the exception of some items that will not be reduced to half price at the request of the owner. We will accept bids on items over $100.00 on Friday and the highest bidders will be notified by phone that afternoon after 5:00 p.m. The bids must be at least 60% of the marked price. The highest bid will be marked sold and must be paid for by noon on Saturday. Please note if you have the highest bid and are called, it is considered sold to you and must be paid for ...all sales are final and no refunds are granted. Please check your selections. We try to note any defect by "as is".
Remember bring boxes for packing and some one to help you load your purchases. We do not have loading help. .. please tip any one that might help you. We are not responsible for accidents. So watch your step. We accept checks, cash and charge cards with proper identification. If you have any questions, please ask us. All workers will have on name tags and are there to help you. I Thank you for your support and smiling faces. It has been a busy, busy six months this year and .we have worn our bodies out. My sisters as you have met are showing the wear Bobbie broke her arm, Judy broke her ankle and foot on Sunday and my knees have declared they are not walking any more. Therefore I am taking the month of June off for all to recoup.. I look forward to seeing all you in July.

This is a small house that is full...everything is neat and in good condition. There are two lift chairs, two "Lazy Boy" sofas, a upright freezer, king size mattress and springs, full size bedroom suite , good ;kitchen appliances and china, lots of linens, ladies clothing, paintings, lamps, an office with good printers, lap tops desk and chairs. The garage is full of fishing rods, games, Christmas decorations, supplies....you need to check this out. Look at the storage building and outside furniture, wheel chairs, and supplies.
As of today the family has decided that the dryer and washing machine will be for sale....both are in very good condition and practically new.
