The sign up sheet will be out on the front of the house by 7:00 a.m. on Friday, June 22nd and Saturday, June 23rd. Names will be called out at 8:30 A.M. Please line up for entry at the front door and garage . You will enter according to how you signed the sheet. There will be a checkout table at the garage area. Please be careful parking..
.All items are as marked on the first day of the sale and reduced to half price on the second day with the exception of some items that will not be reduced to half price at the request of the owner. We will accept bids on items over $100.00 on Friday and the highest bidders will be notified by phone that afternoon after 5:00 p.m. The bids must be at least 60% of the marked price. The highest bid will be marked sold and must be paid for by noon on Saturday. Please note if you have the highest bid and are called, it is considered sold to you and must be paid for ...all sales are final and no refunds are granted. Please check your selections. We try to note any defect by "as is".
Remember bring boxes for packing and some one to help you load your purchases. We do not have loading help. .. please tip any one that might help you. We are not responsible for accidents. So watch your step. We accept checks, cash and charge cards with proper identification. If you have any questions, please ask us. All workers will have on name tags and are there to help you. This sale is for a friend that needs to sale the contents of her Mother's estate in order to sale the house. You will find a mid-century dining table and six chairs, matching china cabinet, sofa and chairs , pretty painted wrought iron queen size bed with good mattress and springs, full size bed mattress and springs, linens, collectibles, good cook ware and kitchen items, china and crystal, rugs, Christmas decorations, lovely ladies clothing, purses, shoes, costume jewelry, games and office items. The family has decided to sale the washer and dryer...both in excellent condition and are made by GE. The refrigerator/freezer has been added to the sale..all most new Amana.
Everything is in good condition and waiting for you to see.
