No large bags allowed in.The sale will start at 9:00 AM on Friday & Saturday.
You will be allowed to use your own sold tags/stickers, We also have a limited amount of SOLD tags you are welcome to use......but if you mark something sold, it is yours! Removing your sold tag/sticker after marking an item sold is NOT allowed.
It is your responsibility to have someone help you load your purchases.
Our workers cannot help you so please do not ask them.
PLEASE!!!! If you buy the Washer/Dryer/Refrigerator BRING TOOLS NEEDED TO UNHOOK/DISCONNECT the appliances!!!!
Please bring your own packing boxes and wrapping paper.
ALL CHECKS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: Driver's License number, home, cell & work number. Local checks only W/ID
If the credentials we request are not furnished, we cannot accept a check from you.
There will be a $50.00 fee for all returned checks. We will turn your worthless checks over to the DA to collect!!!!!
We are not responsible for accidents. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!!

Bids will be received on items over 50.00 bids must be more than 60% of the full price Bids will be opened after 5:00 P.M. on the first day if yours is the highest bid we will call you Friday evening.

Saturday is reduced to half price.
Selected items will not be 1/2 the 2nd day and will be marked as such....

If you have any questions, I will be available and the workers are wonderful. The workers will try their best to help you.
